Refund policy

We want you and your kids to love our products. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Return Period: 14 days from delivery

What You Can Return: Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

What You Can't Return: Opened, used, or assembled items cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.

How to Return: Email us at hello@beyondscreens.com.au with your order number. We'll provide return instructions. You're responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds: Processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Exchanges: Contact hello@beyondscreens.com.au to arrange an exchange.

Australian Consumer Law: Your rights under Australian Consumer Law are not affected. Faulty products are entitled to repair, replacement, or refund.
